Who We Are

The phrase Veni Vidi Vista is a spinoff from Julius Caesar’s Veni Vidi Vici, which means “I came, I Saw, I Conquered.” Veni Vidi Vista” means, “I Came, I Saw, What a Beautiful View.” The Owner of Veni Vidi Vista, Giuseppe, selected this name to represent the experience of viewing his work.

Giuseppe started Veni Vidi Vista in 2008 after prior careers in the automotive and legal industry neglected to fill his void for creativity and job satisfaction.

Giuseppe received his Bachelor of Science in Technical and Interdisciplinary Studies from Wayne State University. Giuseppe’s most recent formal education is from Central Michigan University, where Giuseppe earned his Master of Science in Business. For his senior thesis, Giuseppe wrote a paper on the most effective marketing methods for businesses in Michigan.

Giuseppe is the epitome of the definition of a media artist. Besides running the daily operations of Veni Vidi Vista, in combination to other businesses Giuseppe owns and operates, Giuseppe is the lead designer, developer, cinematographer, editor, IT, photographer, animator, all around techie and much more at Veni Vidi Vista. Giuseppe also teaches ALL of these disciplines at Michigan Academy of Media Arts.

Giuseppe is passionate about Veni Vidi Vista and all that encompass media arts. An undergrad psychology professor told Giuseppe once that, “life is like a candle, it only has one chance to burn.” These words resinated with Giuseppe at a young age and forged his path, which has lead to the creation and passion that reside within Veni Vidi Vista.

Rosemary M.

Rosemary is the backbone of Veni Vidi Vista. Rosemary handles various administrative duties in our offices & studios such as billing, correspondence, appointments, and management. In addition to her administrative duties listed above, Rosemary is also certified in Video Production, and serves on various studio productions as a director of photography, cinematographer, and audio engineer. Additionally, Rosemary is a certified video editor.

Lidija D.

Lidija is Veni Vidi Vista’s #1 employee. She is always eager and willing to travel to any location for a shoot. Lidija is Veni Vidi Vista’s main 2nd camera operator / cinematographer, executive production assistant, grip, director of photography, and so much more. Additionally, Lidija is an amazing writer and editor and serves as both for all of our projects on the screen, print and web.

Lidija ‘s formal education consists of a bachelors degree in Finance from Walsh and a Masters of Business & Science from Central Michigan University. Lidija also handles the finance, accounting, Human Resources, payments and collections for Veni Vidi Vista.
